Calandre. Plant Stand. September 30th , 2017.
Here`s where your choice of plant stand pattern can really make a difference. The good thing about wrought iron plant plunks or stands is the fact that can be decorative without the plants. Simply put, if you put some bended ironworks in the garden, the garden itself would take care of the colors while the plant plunk takes care of the style. Now if you have a well-chosen plant plunk, your garden would really look good.
One of the hardest things in decorating you house is the fact that it is tough to find original new items for your house. Many people struggle with this and it is a hard thing to do when you just want to get your home exactly how you like it. After all our homes are a representation on who we are and shows what is most comfortable for us. Many people love to add indoor plant stands to their home environment but do not want to pay a bunch of money for them. These stands help with by forcing the focus on the plant which is a great feature to any home. Just a touch of nature goes a long way. Where can you find them for less? Well there are some places that you just haven`t thought of to save you some cash on plant stands that can run you a pretty penny.
The level of winter protection required depends on where you live and how exposed your garden is. For example, in a sheltered city garden, you may get away with not protecting tender plants at all. Depending on your circumstances, you may be able to simply move plant pots and plant stands to a sheltered area of your garden. For plants that require warm environments that are potted or small enough to be dug up, simply move them indoors for the winter. Summer flowering bulbs can be dug up and dry stored in a frost free place. For larger plants and trees that are in-ground, you`ll have no option but to nurse them through the freezing conditions, using horticultural fleece and a heavy mulch covering.
If you are displaying greenery, then a white or metallic color stand will suit it just fine. For flowering plants, you need to make sure that the color of the blooms pop. If that`s the case, you need to choose a metal plant stand in either a neutral color, such as black or white, or a complimentary color. If your flowers are yellow-colored, for example, they will pop against a blue or dark-colored stand.
This is not really a stand but is used to pot the plant in a unique and enchanting way. This is one of my favorite garden decor designed with a back to back pair of giraffes that stunningly supports a basket weave urn with a jungle twist. It is a charming way to accent any part of the garden. It is matte finish in ocher and orange earth stones perfect for old-fashion or antique motif.
